Heather Huffman

Yoga instructor

After navigating struggles in her own life, Heather was drawn to yoga through watching her younger sister practice. What she discovered was much more than a physical practice. Yoga opened the door to a deeper healing journey and ultimately inspired her to teach.

Heather has additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga, with a teaching focus on nervous system support. She has a passion for running, journaling, and finding any new adventure she can outdoors with her partner, Ari, and her dog, Bubba.

Shauna Gilsdorf

YOGA INSTRUCTOR, Reiki Master, Vishoka Meditation Teacher

Shauna discovered her passion for the lifestyle and discipline of yoga early in life. Raised in a family that valued the mind-body-spirit connection, she was naturally drawn to explore its depth and meaning.

This foundation inspired her belief that the inner journey is one of life’s greatest purposes, leading her to pursue formal study at the Himalayan Institute.

Dedicated to a life of service, Shauna works as a Mental Health Professional on an adolescent psychiatric unit, where she brings compassion, presence, and understanding to her work.

Christy Kodjiu

Licensed therapist

Therapy isn't just for when things fall apart- it's for learning to live without falling apart inside! I will provide you or your teenager with a safe and confidential space to navigate anxiety, depression, identity, pressure, burnout, relationship challenges, and the quiet weight of trying to be " enough." Youth, young adults, and LGBTQ+ identity are supported, not labeled.

Our work focuses on emotional strength, self understanding, and building tools to help you handle life while staying connected to who you are. Together we can make sense of emotions, patterns, stress, and build skills for coping communication, and confidence.

Amanda Williams

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

With over 20 years of personal yoga practice, I believe yoga is more than movement; it's an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and find a little more ease in everyday life.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through My Vinyasa Practice and am passionate about creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their experience. My classes feature slow, stress-relieving flows designed to help you unwind, breathe deeply, and leave feeling rested, reset, and more connected to yourself. Expect gentle guidance, an occasional laugh, and plenty of encouragement to honor your own body.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years, my classes are all-levels and especially beginner-friendly. Outside the studio, I've built my career in special education, where patience, compassion, and meeting people where they are have shaped my approach to teaching. I also cherish family and find joy in life's simple moments, like watching a beautiful sunset. I look forward to sharing the practice with you and helping you discover a little more peace, one breath at a time.
